Light pours into the main community hall — an empty shell today, but soon the heart of the centre.

The building as we found it — tired blue cladding and plenty of work ahead.

Stripped back to bare blockwork — the first step in shaping the rooms that will welcome the community.

A new opening framed up between rooms — the layout of the centre beginning to take form.

The main hall before its transformation — bare floors, big windows, and a world of possibility.

Just inside the front doors — the entrance space that will greet everyone who visits.

A view out across the car park and grounds — plenty of outdoor space to bring back to life.

Behind the scenes — new electrics and services being installed to bring the building up to standard.

The pathways and borders that wrap around the centre, ready to be tidied and made accessible.

The grounds had been left to nature — the start of our plans for a welcoming outdoor space.

The garden area as it was — overgrown and waiting for the community garden to take root.

Weathered gravel borders along the building — small details that all add up in the rebuild.

More of the tired edging around the site — every corner is part of the transformation.
